Materials:

- 12 stems fresh-cut purple statice
- 12 stems fresh-cut red spray roses
- 8-inch double wire wreath form
- 5 yards red-checked 2-inch wide ribbon
- 4 yards solid red 1/4 -inch ribbon
- Hot glue gun and glue
- Floral clippers and scissors

Step 1 - Cover the wreath form with 2-inch wide ribbon. To start, wrap one end of ribbon over itself and continue wrapping form until covered. Cut ribbon and adhere end with hot glue.

Step 2 - Make ribbon hanger by doubling the remaining ribbon. Then place ribbon over the wreath form and pull loose ends thru loop. Lastly, tie the ends into a pretty bow for hanging.

Step 3 - Cut 6, 14-inch lengths of narrow ribbon. Tie onto wreath form, spacing ribbons evenly.

|
|
Step 4 - Cut flowers to 4-inch lengths and gather into groups of 4 stems each.
|
|
|
Step 5 - With narrow ribbon already tied onto the wreath, tie the groups onto wreath form, alternating flower varieties.
|
|
|
Note - The wreath will dry in place and last for many seasons.
